“Vote Together” campaign launched

With less than 30 days until October 19th, polls are suggesting the races in our area are close,
Which has some groups encouraging strategic voting…the idea of someone who usually votes for one party switching to another with the goal of keeping a third party from winning.

Lead Now – a partisan group opposed to the Conservatives – is targeting West Vancouver Sunshine Coast, Nanaimo Ladysmith and Courtenay Alberni with a campaign called “Vote Together”

Amara Possian is with Lead Now, she says part of the effort has been raising money to conduct polls in those target ridings.

Possian says they hope to release results for some BC ridings this week.
