The City of Courtenay is looking for feedback on the future of the downtown core.

Mayor Larry Jangula says two events are being held tomorrow to gather feedback from residents. The first event will be a drop in session at City Hall from 11:30 to 2. A presentation and workshop will be held in the evening at the upper level of the Native Son’s Hall. Doors open for that event at 6:00 PM.

Jangula says council wants to know what residents would like to see happen downtown.

The presentation will be followed by public round-tables. The feedback will be used by council to develop initiatives to improve the downtown core.
