You can support North Island College’s young chefs and their student run-restaurant.

The Third Course Bistro will be up and running again this semester starting October 30th, operating each Friday until November 27th.

NIC spokesperson Christiana Wines says the bistro not only gives culinary students an opportunity to work in the food industry, but helps out the tourism-hospitality students as well.

The fall menu includes items such as the grilled New York steak, the phyllo-wrapped salmon, as well as a zesty lemon tart for dessert. Due to limited space, reservations are encouraged by guests.
