North Island College students conducting survey on climate change

Students from North Island College are conducting a climate change survey this weekend.

Students from the Comox Valley campus will be going door-to-door on Saturday, asking residents’ opinions on climate change.

North Island College Teacher John Marton says the students will be going to the neighborhoods around the campus area. Marton says the survey will take less than 10 minutes and it is completely voluntary and anonymous.

Marton says the goal of this activity is to give students experience in surveying and interviewing. The students will be out between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on Saturday afternoon.
