The investigation continues into a motor vehicle accident that claimed the life of a 72-year-old Comox Valley woman.
Comox Valley RCMP Constable Rob Gardner says yesterday morning, emergency crews responded to a scene off the Dyke road in Courtenay. Gardner says the woman’s vehicle was found in the water.
She was pronounced dead after being taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Gardner says there are many questions surrounding the case.
