Comox Fire crews started their day off by responding to a single-vehicle accident.
Chief Gord Schreiner says it happened at around 9:00 AM this morning.
A car hit a tree on Beaufort in Comox. Schreiner says there was significant damage to the vehicle, but the occupants only suffered minor injuries and no other vehicles were involved.
Chief Schreiner adds RCMP continue to investigate what caused the crash.
