Local charities receive funds through Goat’s 24 hour radiothon

Several local charities are benefiting from your generosity during the Goat’s 24 hour radiothon.

Kitty Cat Pals, Shamrock 4-H, Dawn to Dawn, and Mountainaire Avian Rescue have received cheques.

Brian Baker with Kitty Kat Pals says the donation will go toward cat and kitten care and new cages for the cats.

Dolina Meaden of the 4-H Club says the kids in the 4-H club learn a variety of skills.

Each charity received more than $1100 dollars as part of the Goat’s 24 hour radiothon.
