The Vancouver Island Major Crime Unit is looking for witnesses in a suspicious death in Sayward.
Late Saturday evening, Sayward RCMP found an abandoned vehicle on the one way bridge, with a body inside.
The victim has been identified as a 30-year old male who had been reported missing to Campbell River RCMP.
The male was last seen leaving a Campbell River residence on Friday afternoon at 1.

Police are looking for anyone who may have seen the vehicle – a grey 2009 Honda Accord, with licence plate: BR126G – in the time between when the man was last seen on Friday and when the car was discovered on Saturday night.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Sayward or Campbell River RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
