The first phase of the Comox Mall renovation begins this week. Richard DeLuca with the Comox BIA says the project has created a lot of excitement with businesses throughout the community.
Co-owner of the mall, Keith McRae, says they’ve received a lot of interest from the community and from potential tenants.
McRae says he’s been amazed by the interest from the community in the project.
The developers are aiming to have the first phase complete by late summer of next year.
