Busy times for the Comox Valley Food Bank, as staff gear up for the holiday season.
Goat News spoke with Jeff Hampton, President of the Comox Valley Food Bank Society.
Hampton says a strong recent trend has younger families with kids showing up at the McPhee Avenue facility in increasing numbers.
Starting on Monday November 17th, and going till the end of December, the Comox Valley Food Bank will be staying open until 2 p.m. daily, Monday to Friday, to accept donations.
