Open House held on downtown Comox project

About 200 people showed up for an open house on the project slated for the site of the old Lorne Hotel in downtown Comox.

Goat News touched base with Comox Mayor Paul Ives, who says there was plenty of feedback on the project, which features a bistro and condos.

Ives says this is a crucial project for the downtown core…

Ives says Comox Council will now wait for a report from staff which should be ready by mid-December, and after that he confirms another public hearing will be held early in the new year.
