It’s an exciting time for the Comox Valley Raiders Youth Football Club.

2 teams are headed off to the Island Championship Playoffs. The action picks up this weekend, with both games at Bill Moore Park in Courtenay.

The number-2 seeded Pee-Wees will take on the number-3 seeded Oceanside Lions. Kick-off for that game is Sunday, November 5th at 11:00 AM. Following that match-up, the undefeated and number-1 seeded Bantams will host the Victoria Spartans at 1:00 PM.

The Bantam game has an interesting story behind it. In their final game of the regular season, the Spartans forfeited the match against the Raiders. Because of the forfeit, the Raiders picked up the automatic win to finish with the perfect record on the regular season.

There will be concessions and the Raiders swag store will be open for the public as the action unfolds on Sunday at Bill Moore Park.
