Another sea lion is in distress in Fanny Bay, with what appears to be a rope cutting into its neck.
Valley photographer Netonia Chatelaine says she has been in regular contact with the Vancouver Aquarium, but it could be next week until they make it out to Fanny Bay.
Chatelaine continues to campaign for more resources on the coast, in rescuing entangled sea lions.
Chatelaine is in Fanny Bay today, checking on that sea lion in distress.
