DENMAN ISLAND, B.C- Travelers on and off Denman Island should expect delays tomorrow.
BC Ferries will be holding annual safety inspections and drills tomorrow, which will cause a slowdown in sailing times.
“To ease congestion the vessel will shuttle back and forth off schedule when heavy traffic conditions exist and therefore sailing times may be different than posted,” read a notice from BC Ferries.
The following routes will be impacted;
– Vancouver Island (Buckley Bay) – Denman Island West
– Hornby Island (Shingle Spit) – Denman Island East (Gravelly Bay)
