Courtenay makes Expedia’s 2018 friendliest communities list

COURTENAY, B.C. – Eight British Columbia communities have been deemed the friendliest communities in Canada.
Expedia has released its 2018 friendliest communities (and towns) list.
The city of Courtenay made the cut, coming in at number 17 out of the 25 communities. Tofino was the highest ranked region in B.C., at number three.
Ucluelet was listed at number 15, while Invermere followed Courtenay at number 18, Radium Hot Springs at 19, Nelson at 20, Fernie at 22 and Victoria at 23.
Niagara-on-the-Lake topped the list. The Ontario town previously made Expedia’s 2016 report.
