COMOX, B.C- Drivers in the Valley’s east end may face a minor delay today.
The Town of Comox is working on road re-surfacing today. The work is focused on Comox Avenue, stretching from Beach to Church and Anderton Road, as well as Comox to Cook.
Traffic and parking is temporarily suspended along those sections of road, and the work has been running from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Residents are asked to park in alternate areas if they need to use their vehicles during the work, and motorists are asked to allow for additional travel time due to traffic control and detours.
