COURTENAY, B.C- The police in the Comox Valley are looking for help from the public to identify an unknown man.
According to a news release from the detachment, the man was seen on 29th Street in Courtenay last Thursday, frantically waving at passing vehicles. He was wearing khaki pants, and long sleeve grey shirt.
“I can tell you that this is a small piece of a larger investigation and at this point we cannot release any further details,” said Constable Monika Terragni, spokesperson for the detachment.
The police are asking for anyone who was in the area between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. to contact the detachment.
