COURTENAY, B.C- A crash involving two trucks was caught on tape on Sunday afternoon.
The incident took place around 4:00 p.m., close to the intersection of Cliffe Avenue and 21st Street. Two trucks had been travelling in opposite directions along the route when the black truck left the southbound lane, and collided with the grey truck.
Video from a nearby security camera captured the whole chain of events, which ended with both vehicles immobilized in the northbound lanes.
Exact information on why the crash occurred remains unknown at this time, as well as any information about injuries.
