The Comox Valley Glacier Kings are coming off a tough 6-5 overtime loss to the Westshore Wolves earlier this week, and now they have another test in front of them.
On Saturday, they’re up against Victoria. The Cougars haven’t made things easy for their opponents this season. The top dogs in the South Division (they lead with 61 points) are riding a 3 game win streak.

One of the team’s newest members, goalie Austin Piquette, shared some of the same sentiments. Recently acquired by the Yetis via the Fresno Monsters of the WSHL, he’s going into the game not knowing what the Cougars will bring to the table.
Saturday night’s matchup starts at 7:30.
