Comox Valley community grants open Aug. 1

Community grants are being made available to charities and non-profits in the Comox Valley.

Starting Aug. 1, local groups can apply for Community Enrichment and Professional Development Grants.

The grants are from the Comox Valley Community Foundation (CVCF).

Applications will be accepted until Sept. 27.

To assist organizations in preparing their applications, two workshops will be held:

The new CVCF grants portal will allow applicants to access a personalized dashboard from which they may apply for grants, receive status updates, and complete necessary follow up.

An overview of the new system will be included in CVCF workshops.

For those unable to attend a workshop, a user guide will be available on the CVCF website.
