Comox Valley ready for Halloween 2019

The Comox Valley is getting ready to celebrate Halloween.

Multiple events will be taking place in both Courtenay and Comox on the 31st.

Courtenay Recreation, in partnership with the Downtown Courtenay Business Improvement Association, will be hosting the annual Courtenay Halloween Party.

It will be a free event for children 11 years and younger with a caregiver.

The fun starts with events on Duncan Avenue at 3:00pm and continues into the evening.

Comox will also be celebrating Halloween in a fun and spirited way.

Firefighters will have the fire hall open from 5:00pm to 9:00pm on the 31st.

Members will be providing hotdogs and hot chocolate to hundreds of citizens. In addition to this, some of the firefighters will be out in the engines meeting and greeting with children and parents.
Lots of other activities are planned for both adults and kids throughout the valley this week.
