Skiers and snowboarders are going to have to wait longer than expected to hit the slopes on Mount Washington Alpine Resort.
Originally set for tomorrow, the resort announced that opening day will now be delayed due to a lack of snow.
“Our team remained optimistic working towards our projected opening day of December 6th in hopes of a classic storm cycle rolling through, however without old man winter making an appearance just yet, we’re forced to delay the start of the winter 2019/20 season,” read a website posting.
As the resort continues to prepare for an undetermined opening day, updates will be shared on social media and this website.
