A portion of downtown Courtenay is in the dark right now.
According to BC Hydro, this morning’s power outage is south of Vanier Drive and East of Munster Road.
Crews are on site and the cause is under investigation.
The power has been out since 9:33am, and BC Hydro says the estimated time back on is around 12:30pm.
