Busy night for Courtenay Fire Department crews responding to a local motor vehicle accident, and later on Monday night, were called out to a chimney fire in Courtenay.
Goat News spoke with Courtenay Fire Department Chief Don Bardonnex, who says fortunately the MVA did not result in any major injuries.
Bardonnex says there is some good news for that chimney fire on 8th Street, with no damage resulting from the blaze.
Meanwhile Comox Valley RCMP continue their investigation on that two vehicle accident on Monday night, no word on any charges.
