Cumberland residents can leave feedback for transportation plan

You can now give feedback to improve transportation in Cumberland through an online survey.

The survey is for the village’s transportation master plan, which focuses on bringing improvements to several parts of the transportation network. That includes walking, cycling, and transit, with roads, sidewalks, and bus stops also a part of that network.

To help bring progress to this plan, the village has released a survey where you can leave feedback, allowing village staff to fully prioritize the plan moving forward.

This comes after the Plan Your Community Street event that was held in late-May between Third Street and Dunsmuir Avenue.

The event saw over 175 residents give input on possible active transportation and traffic calming for different streets in the area, according to the village.

The deadline to fill in this survey is set for June 23, with the survey available on the Village of Cumberland’s website.
