The annual Victor Simonson Dragon Boat Festival took place on Sunday and the Comox Valley Flying Dragons came in first in the Women’s Section.
Team officials say it was a huge win on home turf for the Comox Valley team, saying all the hard work and training by the Flying Dragons paid off in a big way!
Organizers say huge thanks goes out to Comox Recreation, the Nautical Days Committee and all of the amazing volunteers.
