A first level speech reading course of 10 one hour classes will offer anyone with a hearing loss an opportunity to learn about and to practice lip, face, and body reading. There will be an opportunity for participants to learn more about hearing loss, hearing aids and assistive devices and to become more confident communicators AND to have fun in a supportive setting. This June, we are celebrating Shine Month, with CARSTAR locations across North America committed to raising $400,000 for Cystic Fibrosis Canada and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The annual Soaps It Up Car Wash Fundraiser is one of CARSTAR’s largest initiatives and is now in its 16th year.
