Survey on BC Transit’s website open to the public

BC Transit is looking for feedback on how to improve their website through a new survey.

Transit says they are redesigning their website, with plans on bringing a more reliable, user-friendly and accessible experience to riders through the new site.

As part of the project, a survey is being held asking you how much you use BC Transit, what your main interaction with the service is, and how often you visit the website.

The goal of the survey is to add more context to the presentation, content, and functionality for the website.

The survey launched on Tuesday this week, with Transit adding you have until November 27 to fill it in.
