Courtenay home featured as one of 11 grand prizes in BC Children’s Hospital Choices Lottery

One lucky winner will have the option of choosing a dream home from many different cities across the province including Courtenay. 

The BC Children’s Hospital Choices Lottery has houses from all over the lower mainland, up to the Okanagan, and on Vancouver Island. 

The Courtenay home, built by Integra Homes, located at 3248 Winchester Avenue, is a three bedroom and bathroom home with a two-car garage and is over 2,300 Sq. Ft. 

It features a fully landscaped and fenced backyard, covered back patio, and is close to Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community. 

The package also includes a $55,000 design therapy furniture package, a 2025 VW ID.Buzz electric car, two electric bikes, a gift card to Crown Isle’s Pro Shop worth $20,000, $2,500 in Mount Washington gift cards, gas and groceries for a year, and $600,000 cash. 

It joins a home in Sooke as the only prize home located on Vancouver Island. 

Tickets for the Choices Lottery are on sale now until April 11 at midnight or until tickets are sold out. 

The grand prize draw date is scheduled for May 1.
