Town of Comox offers tips for placing curbside carts during snow events

As snow arrives, the Town of Comox has tips for where to place your curbside carts.

In a notice, they say there are some steps to take to make curbside collecting easier during a snow event.

You should clear a flat spot located either inside or adjacent to the end of your driveway and not place carts behind or on top of snowbanks.

Other tips include clearing any snow and ice on cart lids, making sure the lids aren’t frozen shut, and to be careful when wheeling carts as they could slip on ice and snow.
