The CVRD announced multiple warming centres will open from February 3-5, from 10:00 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The centres provide a dry and safe place for people in need to stay, providing them with washrooms, food and seating.

The centres will be open at Lower Native Sons Hall in Courtenay, Buchanan Hall in Cumberland, and the Spinnaker Building in Comox.
