It’s back to class on Tuesday for students in our region!

In Campbell River, Superintendent Tom Longridge says some major seismic upgrades are on the go at a local school…

Meanwhile Longridge says although the final student count won’t be in for several weeks, there will likely be only a slight drop in the number of students heading back to class.

He says School District 72 is dealing with a structural deficit in the range of half-a-million, to three quarters-of-a million dollars.

School is back in session on Tuesday after the long weekend.
