Amid gloomy skies, the Terry Fox Run hustles on!

Today marked the 35th annual Terry Fox Run.

And in the Comox Valley, participants braced the weather for a great cause.

Active Comox Valley‘s Dawn Stevens, who helped coordinate the event, says so far the community event has raised over $700 million for cancer research.

In case you missed out on the Terry Fox Run, Stevens says there is still a way you can donate to the cause.

Visit terryfox.org for more information on the annual event, the legacy of Terry Fox, and to donate & support the Terry Fox Foundation.
