Only one item will be on the agenda at Courtenay City Council’s special meeting Wednesday.
Council will consider final adoption of the 2026 Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw at its Oct. 22 meeting.
The bylaw would exempt certain lands and improvements from taxation next year by specified percentages.
The meeting begins at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the Comox Valley Regional District civic room.
