Affordability issues highlight NDP campaign

The October election is approaching very fast, and there are many questions on the minds of Canadian voters.

One of those is what promises each party will actually deliver on and what issues they’re focusing on.

Rachel Blaney, the NDP candidate in the riding of North Island-Powell River, says the party will look to make life more affordable for Canadians.

Courtenay-Alberni candidate Gord Johns echoes Blaney’s thoughts, saying Canadians are ready for change. He adds the campaign is going strong.

The 2015 Federal vote takes place on October 19th.
