Trudeau Government Sworn In

Justin Trudeau is now Prime Minister of Canada.

Trudeau and his cabinet were sworn in, in Ottawa this morning.

Political Scientist Allan Warnke says there will be a learning curve for both new and returning M-P’s as they take over their new ministries.

Warnke says the cabinet has both gender parity and regional representation.

There are 3 Ministers from British Columbia, including Jody Wilson-Raybould, a member of the We Wai Kai Nation, who has been sworn in as Minister of Justice.
