(The following notice from the Comox Valley RCMP)
The Comox Valley RCMP wish to inform the public that Justin Chester, the man who escaped custody at St. Joseph’s hospital, has been located and taken into custody.
He was located on November 6th, at approximately 5:30 PM near Qualicum, B.C.
The RCMPÂ wish thank the public for the vigilance and their help in apprehending Mr. Chester.
