With the snow falling in some parts of the region today, RCMP are reminding drivers to use caution on the roads.
RCMP traffic services says the posted speed limit is far too fast for current conditions and drivers need to slow down – especially on the Inland Island highway.
Constable Rob Gardner says there are some simple tips driver can do to stay safe on the roads.
Gardner says we are in the time of year when the road conditions can change very quickly, especially when temperatures dip close to the freezing mark.
