Highway 19A at Cotton Road has been reopened after a 2 vehicle collision yesterday morning.
The incident happened just north of Courtenay at around 10:30 AM. 3 individuals were injured, according to RCMP, but their condition was not revealed.
The road and surrounding area was closed for much of the afternoon, but has since been reopened.
