Campbell River RCMP are looking for information on some stolen First Nations items. Mounties were called out December 29th, to a break-in at a residential home.
Sergeant Troy Beauregard says while the home owners were away, the thieves broke in and stole many objects including multiple First Nations items with significant value to the family, and the community.
The investigator was able to locate two of the masks, but two red and black button blankets and a mask are still missing.
The RCMP is asking anyone with information on this incident, or the location of the remaining items, to contact them or CrimeStoppers.
