Courtenay Council has adopted its 2016 Strategic Priorities.
Mayor Larry Jangula says there are 25 strategic priorities.
Jangula says one of the priorities that emerged from the strategic planning process was to rank the priorities based on council’s authority and mandate so that the focus can be on issues that council has control over.
