The RCMP is sending out a warning about tax scammers.
There have been some recent incidents in Powell River – where fraud artists have been posing as CRA agents telling residents they owe back taxes.
Sergeant Kevin Day says it’s good to know how to protect yourself, especially with tax season approaching.
