A 41 year Courtenay man has been arrested following a robbery at the convenience store on Willemar.
Constable Rob Gardner says it happened around 7:30 Monday night.
RCMP and the police dog were called in and arrested the suspect.
Gardner says police are looking for witnesses who may have been in the area between 7 and 7:30 Monday night.
