Rally for Azer kids in the Valley tomorrow

A Day of Action for the Azer Children is taking place tomorrow in Courtenay.

A candle light vigil and rally is taking place simultaneously with rallies in Victoria, Ottawa and Calgary to show support for the children and urge the government to take action to bring the kids back to Canada.

Spokesperson Maren Hills Amazzal says she hopes for a great turnout.

She adds organizers hope residents can wear yellow if attending the rally.

The rally and candlelit vigil will take place outside the Courtenay courthouse tomorrow at 11 AM. Visit the event page for further details.
