BC Increasing Minimum Wage

The BC Government has announced it will be increasing the minimum wage.

Premier Christy Clark says the wage will be raised in two stages.

Clark notes the government is also announcing a cut to the small business tax rate in order to off-set the additional costs to small businesses and is also investing more money into training programs.
