RCMP looking for suspicious male

Comox Valley Mounties are investigating after a student was approached by a stranger with a dog, who asked if they wanted to look at some puppies in his van.

Constable Rob Gardner says it happened on Woods Ave, near 4th street this morning at around 8:45 AM. Gardner says the child, after being approached, yelled “NO!” and reported the incident to the school principal. Gardner notes that there was no attempt to grab or harm the child.
