Comox Valley Relay for Life looking for more teams

The Comox Valley installment of the Relay for Life is facing a challenge this year.

Spokesperson Tracy Berg says they have seen a big decrease in the number of teams registered for this year’s event.

Berg notes that there’s a possibility that they may cut the event down to a 6-hour event instead of the regular overnight relay.

She says it’s something that’s being seen across the province.

This year’s relay takes place June 11th. More information about the event can be found through the event website.
