'Bromance' contest winner crowned

Hundreds of people entered, 50 finalists were named, but in the end, only one could be crowned the winner of 989 The Goat’s ‘Bromance’ contest, presented by Bud Light.

The contest saw finalists out at the Crown Isle driving range, trying to hit their ball closest to the pin. The rules were simple; one shot for all the glory.

With a distance of just 16 feet, 1 inch away, Steve Blacklock was named the winner, and Goat news caught up with him afterwards.

Blacklock walks away with a seriously cool prize package from Bud Light. We’re talking a VIP trip for 2 to Seattle to see the Seahawks take on the Broncos, where they’ll be chauffeured to the game in the Bud Light bus.

They’re also getting an exclusive Bud Light tailgate party, as well as some exclusive Bud Light NFL gear.
