The St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation has chosen a new name to reflect its expanded role in the community.
Executive Director Lynn Dashkewytch says the mandate of the foundation is being expanded to include supporting the new Comox Valley Hospital.
Dashkewytch says the new Comox Valley Healthcare Foundation will continue to raise funds to support health care in the Comox Valley.
The Foundation will now be known as the Comox Valley Healthcare Foundation.
