Event held tonight to honour Orlando shooting victims

A community gathering is being held tonight to celebrate diversity and honour those killed in Orlando.

49 people were killed in the mass shooting at a nightclub in Florida.

Organizer Joan Gillies says it’s a chance for the community to come together.

The event is taking place at Comox United Church, starting at 7:00 PM.
